The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences on Monday afternoon announced the winners of the Nobel Prize in Economics Bangladesh time for improving the auction theory and discovering new auction methods.
This year's Nobel Prize is coming to an end with this announcement. Three economists won the Nobel Prize in 2019. They are Abhijit Banerjee, Esther Duflo and Michael Kramer.

Paul Millgram and Robert Wilson received the Nobel Prize for their work in improving the theory of auction and for inventing new auction formats.
The Nobel Committee said in a statement: "Everywhere you look today, the tide of protectionist sentiment is flowing. The discovery by these two US economists has benefited buyers, sellers and taxpayers around the world. "
The committee thinks that the new auction format that they have created has proved that an innovation is possible from the preliminary research that will benefit the society.
